Heritage does the job right!

The material you ultimately decide on will determine the length of your warranty. Proper installation methods are also important in order for warranties to be honored, but with Heritage, you won’t have to worry about that. We do the job right. Some roofs will have a 30, 50, or even a lifetime guarantee. If you get a cool roof coating, you may get a 7 to 15 year extended warranty.

Asphalt Shingles

Throughout many regions of the world, this form of roofing shingle is relatively inexpensive due to certain geographical factors, and that’s why it’s a top choice for Hawaii roofing. The height of a building, slope of its roof, and other property elements make asphalt shingles the primary choice for many roofers. It also doesn’t hurt that these shingles come in a variety of styles and colors and are easy to install, simple to repair, and quite durable.

Tile Roof Options

Roofing tiles are actually available in a wide range of material types. Some homeowners prefer other modern materials, cement and concrete tiling tends to be popular in Hawaii due to their ability to withstand unpredictable elements. For roofing that is resistant to rot, burn, or rust, cement tiles are traditionally used. Concrete tiles are exceptionally sturdy and can withstand pressures of up to 400 pounds. Maintenance for these titles is both safe and easy.

Wood Shake Roofs

Wood shingles that are rough and rustic in design are referred to as shakes. They come in varying sizes and lengths. Nailing wood shingles is done in a way that enables air circulation, while shakes are laid out so that they form a tight surface. Both methods are devised to assure durability and resist decay. Correct treatment of shake and wood shingles can slow down the damage of natural weather and exposure to other climate elements.
